Wild Albacore tuna loin caught in the waters off the coast of British Columbia. Tuna loin is mild fish with a steak-texture and large flakes. It has the highest amount of omega-3 fats compared to other types of tuna, which is important for optimal long-term health.

Our wild Albacore tuna loins are sashimi grade, great for poke bowls, and really easy to cook. Wild Albacore tuna can be cut into thicker steaks, or thinly sliced and quickly seared. You won't be disappointed!

Tuna Good…Didn’t expect it in pieces

You get a 3 star rating only because of quality of the product. I have ordered Albacore tuna “loins” from you many times in the past. In the past, they were shipped to me as I would expect…as WHOLE loins. With this recent shipment, I ordered 10 lbs. of Albacore tuna loins. What I received was 5 WHOLE loins and 6 small, individually wrapped pieces. Total weight was 9 lbs., 6 ozs. Extremely disappointed

Avoid!

I ordered some through the premium sashimi box, it arrived a week after it was supposed to (the owner responded to my inquiry by saying “sorry I was out fishing”), and it is so incredibly fishy it is inedible by itself and must be masked by strong flavours. Definitely inedible raw (odd considering it’s from a sashimi box)
