Wonderful product. Great service from the owners and staff.
Shocked by the quality of these for the price. So delicate, buttery, soft, beautiful, takes to marinades well.

Great Product, wonderful people to deal with, and savings on the food bill.
Zero thought to packaging, I have one huge salmon steak, one tiny one. I understand having to sort sizes and weight, but trying to find even portions for my husband and myself is ridiculous! There’s also the fact that scaling was sloppy, making the skin inedible unless you’re prepared to spend 15-30 minutes removing the remnants yourself. The order was mostly thawed on arrival, so if you’re in the Calgary area, don’t order more than you plan to eat within a few days after delivery. Huge disappointment.
