Frozen spot prawn tails may not be as perky and lively as the live spot prawns but they are frozen in sea water right after they were caught so once you defrost them to enjoy throughout the year, they will taste just as decadent.

good quality, but have lost some of their flavour. it's subtle to begin with...
As commented by another customer review, about half of the prawns were quite soft in the first container we purchased and used this year. The other half were firm like the frozen prawns we purchased in past years. A little disappointing as we never had this problem in past years. Not sure why this year.
Excellent product , price and service
At $30 for a pound of frozen spot prawn tales, good value. Loved them. Taste just like east coast lobster.
