Uni (Sea Urchin) is a delicacy in many parts of the world. It has a briny flavour, creamy, and slightly sweet with a strong ocean smell. Uni is best served raw but can also be cooked gently in dishes. Uni is in fact the roe-producing organs of the spiny sea urchin. If you have never tried Uni, you definitely NEED to try it! Our Uni is fresh, direct from your local fishermen in Vancouver, BC.

Love it. Love it. Love it.
I love uni and order it in Japanese restaurants whenever I can. I was happy to be able to have it at home. I would definitely order again!
Under welming, for the price.
Now I have tried it.
I've ordered the fresh uni twice so far and both times they were very fresh and delicious. Eaten sashimi style with soy sauce, wasabi on hot sushi rice. YUM! Better than at most restaurants.
I buy from here every year, it is the freshest and easiest to deal with. I normally pick up at their location and its always ready for pick up when you arrive
