Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday for standard frozen seafood pickup. 9:00am-7:00pm
Fresh seafood pickup may be subject to different times & dates.
Specific self-serve pickup instructions will be in your order confirmation email.

Fresh/Seasonal Seafood may be subject to confirmation before driving out. Please check your email prior to making the drive. Otherwise, you may come anytime on or AFTER your pickup day. If you will be late, please email/contact customer service. Otherwise your order may be as automatically marked as fulfilled.

This is a SELF-SERVE pre-order pickup location. There will not be an attendant there to help you. Instructions will be in the confirmation email. You may come anytime on or AFTER your pickup day unless you get an email it has arrived earlier.

HOW TO SELECT A PICKUP LOCATION

Browse our seafood collections.
Add your items to shopping cart.
Click on "Store Pickup" and choose your location
Click on the calendar icon and choose a pickup date.
Fill in your shipping info. Make sure your contact info is valid especially your phone and email (in case we need to contact you). We don't need your address since you are picking up, but our system requires the contact info. Feel free to enter yours for future reference (in case you want to place a delivery), or you can input any random address if you're not comfortable with giving your own.
Confirming shipping method
Continue to payment methods to finish checkout. You may pay with credit card, cash on delivery / pick-up, or e-transfer ("bank deposit"). Please make sure to follow the e-transfer instruction clearly, and even shoot us an email with your order number, that you have submitted your e-transfer.
Check your email for your order confirmation page. It may have ended up in your spam folder (make sure to add us to your safe-senders list). Contact us if you did not receive your order confirmation.

Fabulously Fresh

As an English teacher abroad, I lived for a year in a small, remote fishing village on the northern-most coast of Japan’s northern-most island. I love fresh fish and ate it there to my heart’s content. Now back in land-locked Alberta, I actively seek it out. I love B.C. Live Spot Prawns because they’ll ship the best right to my door. It’s fabulous! Frozen, but obviously frozen when it was still fresh. And so sweet! I especially love the steaks, because although they’re a bit trickier to eat, I find fish on the bone sweeter than filets. Highly recommended!

As Close to the Ocean As We Can Get

Coho so fresh it's like being on the boat. Beautiful deep orange colour, firm flesh, smells like the ocean. We've eaten it smoked, poached, baked, grilled, fried and steamed. A treat everytime.

Tuna

Tuna came in small pieces and one package had a bit of freezer burn. Little disappointed as have had things from here which was high quality.

Tender, Flaky, Halibut

We had ordered a whole halibut in the summer, promptly ate the whole thing and made stock with the bones. We loved it so much that we ordered 10 lbs Halibut fillets. They are absolutely fresh and tender and I've variously prepared them breaded and fried, baked, poached, steamed, smoked. This is top quality seafood.
