Best Seafood !!!

Every month or so I load up on salmon, tuna loins and and more. Ordering & delivery is seamless and never have problems. Communication is also great for the time I had to contact them because I made a mistake on my order. My email was dealt immediately and my error got corrected. The seafood is amazing and don't buy my stuff anywhere else.

I would love to leave 5 stars. Our order of fillets had to much collar left on the slab. The product itself is first class.

Product is Great, Delivery Experience not so Great

I recently received an order and some of the product was still cold but had thawed quite significantly.

I am aware that is extremely hard to ship product across the country and keep it frozen, but my previous order was still frozen when I received it. Also please note that I was home when the product was delivered so it didn’t sit outside, I will mention that the box was damaged when I received it, the delivery person even said to be careful when I lift it as it was kind of broken on the bottom.

I still LOVE your product and will continue to order it but I was wondering if I could pay more or do something to ensure the product remains frozen when it is delivered
