At BC Live Spot Prawns & Seafood, we're deeply committed to delivering the highest quality wild seafood directly to your door, regardless of where you live in Canada. As a small business, it’s our privilege to serve you and bring sustainable, delicious seafood to communities near and far.
However, we want to be transparent: shipping frozen, premium seafood presents unique logistical challenges that we work tirelessly to overcome, often absorbing costs to keep your delivery fees as low as possible. If there is an issue with your order in transit, we will always do our best to make things right.

We proudly offer delivery to the following metro city areas. If your location is not listed below, we do offer flat rate shipping Canada-Wide to get premiums seafood to your door.
HOW IT WORKS & WHERE WE SERVICE (scroll down for rates)
1. Choose Your Seafood
Mix and match from our fine selection of high-quality frozen and fresh seafood deals from local fishing families in Vancouver and Ladner, BC. We have wild sockeye salmon, wild spring salmon, wild sablefish, wild albacore tuna, octopus, frozen spot prawn tails, and much more!
2. Choose Pickup or Delivery
When you check out, you may pick up on designated days at your selected pickup location.
* Make sure you enter your phone number (especially for delivery orders) because we may contact you to confirm your pickup time in case it changes.
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your pickup date and location. You may receive other email updates regarding your order so please check your spam folder in case you miss anything.
3. Receive Your Fresh and Frozen Seafood
Show up at your pickup location on your pickup day, or wait for the driver to show up at your door with your seafood delivery order. You will not be disappointed by our quality when you buy seafood with us!

Current Metro Vancouver delivery dates are every Monday, Thursday & Saturday, subject to change. Please enter your postal code at checkout to check availability.
- Zone 1: Ladner/Delta, BC
- Free Delivery: Orders over $50
- Flat Rate Delivery: $10 for Orders under $50
- Zone 2: Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Surrey
- Free Delivery $125+
- Under $100 = $20 delivery fee
- Zone 3: Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Langley City/Township, Pitt Meadows, White Rock
- Free Delivery $200+
- Under $200 = $20 delivery fee

Canada-wide Frozen Seafood Delivery:
Currently we ship to the rest of Canada every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (subject to change). No pickup.
We ship via UPS (Next day shipping) and shipping rates vary. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
If your location is outside of Metro Vancouver, choose "Canada Wide & Outer Areas" at checkout to proceed.
