You may enter your postal code when you check out to check if you are within our delivery area, which is a 25 km radius from Ladner Wharf.
When do you deliver?
Delivery dates are subject to change but you can check our calendar upon check out to see availability. Deliveries in Greater Vancouver are made anytime between 9am - 3pm depending on traffic. In rare and unique cases, we may have to do evening deliveries if we are getting inventory late that day.
For out-of-province shipping, on your scheduled delivery date our courier will call you 30-60 minutes prior to their arrival.
When will I get my delivery?
You may choose your "preferred" delivery date with the calendar upon check out however it is not one hundred percent guaranteed. We will contact you if we cannot deliver on that day, and will arrange for another day that will work best for you.
We will contact you the night before or morning of, to confirm your delivery time. If you are not home when we deliver, we will not attempt to do a second delivery. You must come to Ladner to pick up your order.
Is my delivery date guaranteed?
The date you originally choose is your "preferred" date and we will do our best however, we group deliveries to locations, so we may contact you if we need to reschedule your delivery to another day.
When can't I choose a delivery date?
Please contact us for assistance but there are a few reasons you may not be able to choose a delivery date.
- You may be out of our delivery radius.
- You may have items in your cart that is not available for delivery that day. Please make sure you read product descriptions carefully. For example, we only sell Live Dungeness Crab on Saturdays.
- The slot is greyed out because we are out of delivery slots on that day.
- We do not delivery on Sundays.

Am I guaranteed my order?
Due to the nature of the seafood industry, your order may be delayed so please plan for it just in case. Products are subject to availability and in any case we cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a 100% refund. However it is rare, and we try our hardest to get your order to you!

What happens after I place my order?
You will receive email confirmation and may also receive notifications with updates regarding your order. Please make sure you add our email to your safe senders list. If you did not receive a confirmation after placing an order, check your spam folder.
My coupon code isn't working!
You may have an invalid item in your cart. In general, most of our coupon codes do not work with bundles and specific sale items because they have already been discounted. The Welcome discount codes require a minimum purchase of $50.
I want to buy something but it is out of stock. When do I know when you restock?
To see our updates when we restock our great deals on wild-caught, local, and sustainable seafood, please make sure you prioritize our page on your Facebook news feed. We make announcements on both Instagram and Facebook. 🐟
1. On the Facebook homepage, click the drop-down arrow on the top right and select "News Feed Preferences".
2. Select "Prioritize who to see first".
3. Choose "Pages only" in the view options. You can then select our page from there.
Now, you will be able to see our restock and other important announcements, and get first dibs to reserve some of our most popular items, such as our Wild Sablefish! Yum!
Why do your prices fluctuate?
Our seafood product prices are dependant on market price and sources.
