How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website at bclivespotprawns.com. Simply add your desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
I’m having trouble checking out. What should I do?
If you're having any technical issues, please contact us at info@bclivespotprawns.com or use the Live Chat on our website and we’ll help you place your order.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
We announce our sales & restocks via Instagram, Facebook, and our email list. For high-demand items, we recommend turning on post notifications or prioritizing our Facebook page in your News Feed. You may contact us to see when we will be expecting it or if we have any that might not be listed on the site.
🧊 Frozen Seafood Pickup & Delivery
Where is frozen seafood pickup?
Frozen seafood pickup is not at Ladner Wharf. It is a nearby self-serve pickup location in Ladner. Full pickup instructions will be emailed to you after you place your order.
Can I pick up frozen seafood during spot prawn season?
Yes—but pickup locations are separate. You must coordinate your frozen pickup in advance, as it won’t be at the live prawn dock. Please choose a date when both items are available and note it in your order.
What areas do you deliver to?
We offer delivery across the Greater Vancouver Area, including: Burnaby | Coquitlam | Delta | Ladner | New Westminster | North Vancouver | Richmond | South Surrey | Surrey | Tsawwassen | Vancouver | White Rock | West Vancouver
You can also enter your postal code at checkout to confirm availability.
Do you ship outside BC?
Yes! We offer out-of-province delivery & pickup to:

We use airport freight and private courier for frozen orders—no tracked carriers like UPS or Canada Post.
We also offer Canada-Wide (via Overnight Shipping at cost)
How much is delivery?
Delivery rates vary depending on location and order size. You can view our delivery information here or enter your address at checkout to get a delivery quote.
⏰ Delivery Windows & Notifications
When do you deliver?
Delivery windows for Greater Vancouver are typically between 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM on weekdays & between 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM on weekends, depending on traffic. In some cases, evening delivery may be required due to inventory arrival times.
Will I be notified before delivery?
Yes. We will email you the night before or morning of your delivery with an estimated time. Our drivers may also call or text 30–60 minutes prior to arrival.

Coupon codes may be invalid if:

🔁 Changes, Refunds & Issues
Can I cancel or modify my order?
All seafood orders are final sale due to the perishable nature of our products. We do not offer cancellations or refunds.
What if something’s wrong with my order?
Please email info@bclivespotprawns.com or speak with us through our live chat on our site with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll review each case and do our best to make it right.
