Where do you deliver to?
You may enter your postal code when you check out to check if you are within our delivery area, which is a 25 km radius from Ladner Wharf.
When do you deliver?
Delivery dates are subject to change but you can check our calendar upon check out to see availability. Deliveries are made anytime between 11am - 5pm depending on traffic. In rare and unique cases, we may have to do evening deliveries if we are getting inventory late that day.
When will I get my delivery?
You may choose your "preferred" delivery date with the calendar upon check out however it is not one hundred percent guaranteed. We will contact you if we cannot deliver on that day, and will arrange for another day that will work best for you.
We will contact you the night before or morning of, to confirm your delivery time. If you are not home when we deliver, we will not attempt to do a second delivery. You must come to Ladner to pick up your order.
Is my delivery date guaranteed?
The date you originally choose is your "preferred" date and we will do our best however, we group deliveries to locations, so we may contact you if you need to do your delivery on another day.
When can't I choose a delivery date?
Please contact us for assistance but there are a few reasons you may not be able to choose a delivery date.
- You may be out of our delivery radius.
- You may have items in your cart that is not available for delivery that day. Please make sure you read product descriptions carefully. For example, we only sell Live Dungeness Crab on Saturdays.
- The slot is greyed out because we are out of delivery slots on that day.
- We do not delivery on Sundays.

Am I guaranteed my order?
Due to the nature of the seafood industry, your order may be delayed so please plan for it just in case. Products are subject to availability and in any case we cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a 100% refund. However it is rare, and we try our hardest to get your order to you!

What happens after I place my order?
You will receive email confirmation and may also receive notifications with updates regarding your order. Please make sure you add our email to your safe senders list. If you did not receive a confirmation after placing an order, check your spam folder.
My coupon code isn't working!
You may have an invalid item in your cart. In general, most of our coupon codes do not work with bundles and specific sale items because they have already been discounted. The Welcome discount codes require a minimum purchase of $50.
I want to buy something but it is out of stock. When do I know when you restock?
To see our updates when we restock our great deals on wild-caught, local, and sustainable seafood, please make sure you prioritize our page on your Facebook news feed. We make announcements on both Instagram and Facebook. 🐟
1. On the Facebook homepage, click the drop-down arrow on the top right and select "News Feed Preferences".
2. Select "Prioritize who to see first".
3. Choose "Pages only" in the view options. You can then select our page from there.
Now, you will be able to see our restock and other important announcements, and get first dibs to reserve some of our most popular items, such as our Wild Sablefish! Yum!
Why do your prices fluctuate?
Our seafood product prices are dependant on market price and sources.

Live Spot Prawn Season:
Where and when do I pick up my order?
When you place your order, you would be asked to choose a pickup location and date. You are picking up at Ladner Wharf at 5000 Elliott St, Delta. Please refer to your order confirmation for that information. Click here for details about pickup instructions, and you must check our Facebook page daily for boat arrivals and updates.
What do I need when picking up my order?
You will need to bring your order confirmation page and the QR code It would be sent to you via email or text.
Am I guaranteed my live spot prawn pre-order?
Yes, for the 2022 season, we are guaranteeing your spot prawn pre-orders on your chosen pick-up date. If you miss your pick-up, we will honour your pre-order price but you will have to line up in the cash sales line and prawns will be subject to availability.
In Ladner, there are two separate lines, one for pre-orders and another for cash sales.
When is my spot prawn delivery coming?
You get our fresh catch of the day so your live spot prawn delivery order is subject to prawn availability and boat arrivals. We will try to deliver by 1pm on your delivery day.
What happens if I miss my pre-order?
All pre-order sales are final so we will not be able to issue refunds or reschedule your pick-up. If you don't get your order on your scheduled pick up date, you can come back anytime during the live spot prawn season. We won't be able to guarantee your prawns then and you will have to line up in the cash sales line and your prawns will be subject to availability.
Can I purchase more live spot prawns?
Yes you are welcomed to purchase more at the wharf at market price, subject to availability. *This price is subject to change.
What is the market price for live spot prawns?
$22/lb *This price is subject to change.
Can I separate my live spot prawns into bags?
Please do NOT request via email. You can ask when you pick up your prawns. Unfortunately for delivery orders, we cannot separate your prawns into smaller bags.
What if I ordered other seafood products (that's not spot prawns)?
Other seafood products are only available for pick-up on select dates so please choose carefully. You can only pick up other seafood products on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays during live spot prawn season.
Am I guaranteed my spot prawns?
We will try our best as fishing is very unpredictable, but if not, you will be getting a 100% refund if you don't get it on the date you choose.
Do you ship to Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, or other major cities in Canada?
Yes we do. Please contact us for rates and details.
How are we dealing with Covid-19?
Off the boat sales at our Ladner location: Our boats are stocked up with disinfecting supplies and gloves for everyone's health and well-being. Our staff maintains strict hygiene policy using masks, hand sanitizers, and gloves.
For delivery orders, our drivers will ensure contactless pick up. We will call or text you to notify you we are on the way, and you can choose to have them leave it at your door.
