Where do you deliver to?
You may enter your postal code when you check out to check if you are within our delivery area, which is a 25 km radius from Ladner Wharf.
When do you deliver?
Delivery dates are subject to change but you can check our calendar upon check out to see availability. Deliveries are made anytime between 11am - 5pm depending on traffic. In rare and unique cases, we may have to do evening deliveries if we are getting inventory late that day.
When will I get my delivery?
You may choose your "preferred" delivery date with the calendar upon check out however it is not one hundred percent guaranteed. We will contact you if we cannot deliver on that day, and will arrange for another day that will work best for you.
We will contact you the night before or morning of, to confirm your delivery time. If you are not home when we deliver, we will not attempt to do a second delivery. You must come to Ladner to pick up your order.
Is my delivery date guaranteed?
The date you originally choose is your "preferred" date and we will do our best however, we group deliveries to locations, so we may contact you if you need to do your delivery on another day.
When can't I choose a delivery date?
Please contact us for assistance but there are a few reasons you may not be able to choose a delivery date.
- You may be out of our delivery radius.
- You may have items in your cart that is not available for delivery that day. Please make sure you read product descriptions carefully. For example, we only sell Live Dungeness Crab on Saturdays.
- The slot is greyed out because we are out of delivery slots on that day.
- We do not delivery on Sundays.

What happens after I place my order?
You will receive email confirmation and may also receive notifications with updates regarding your order. Please make sure you add our email to your safe senders list. If you did not receive a confirmation after placing an order, check your spam folder.
Am I guaranteed my order?
Due to the nature of the fresh / live seafood industry, your order maybe delayed so please plan for it just in case. However it is rare, and we try our hardest to get your order to you! Please check your email in case we send you updates.
I want to buy something but it is out of stock. When do I know when you restock?
To see our updates when we restock our great deals on wild-caught, local, and sustainable seafood, please make sure you prioritize our page on your Facebook news feed. We make announcements on both Instagram and Facebook. 🐟
1. On the Facebook homepage, click the drop-down arrow on the top right and select "News Feed Preferences".
2. Select "Prioritize who to see first".
3. Choose "Pages only" in the view options. You can then select our page from there.
Now, you will be able to see our restock and other important announcements, and get first dibs to reserve some of our most popular items, such as our Wild Sable Fish! Yum!
What if I ordered other seafood products (that's not spot prawns)?
If you had other seafood products that you ordered with your spot prawns, please feel free to reply to this email if you would like to arrange pick up or delivery if you wanted those earlier than June 5th.
Can I buy live spot prawns from you directly?
We will be selling our fresh, live spot prawns at our boat in Ladner starting on June 5th, 2020. Our boat comes in daily when live spot prawn season begins.
Am I guaranteed my spot prawns?
We will try our best as fishing is very unpredictable, but if not, you will be getting a 100% refund if you don't get it on the date you want.
Why do your prices fluctuate?
Our seafood product prices are dependant on market price and sources.
How do I pay by e-transfer / bank transfer?

How are we dealing with Covid-19?
Since spot prawn season begins on June 4th, all our fishermen will have been quarantined for 14 days prior to the day we begin harvesting live spot prawn.
Off the boat sales at our Ladner location: we maintain social distancing by only allowing 5 people at a time on our sales dock, lining up 6 feet apart. Our boats are stocked up with disinfecting supplies and gloves for everyone's health and well-being. Our staff maintains strict hygiene policy using masks, hand sanitizers, and gloves.
For delivery orders, our drivers will ensure contactless pick up. We will call or text you to notify you we are on the way, and you can choose to have them leave it at your door.
