Can I pre-order for pickup at Ladner Wharf?
Yes, we will have a limited amount reserved for pre-order reservations on select days. Pre-order pickup is between 9-11am. Do not select this option if you cannot make it during that time window. Any pre-orders that are not picked up will be forfeited without a refund. If your desired pickup day is not available, you are welcome to come early for walk-up sales, which will be on a first come, first served basis. Walk-up sales start at 10am daily until sold out.
Pre-orders are also available for Greater Vancouver home delivery. We deliver live spot prawns on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays during the spot prawn season. You can choose either 5lb or 10lb for home delivery.
Am I guaranteed my live spot prawn pre-order?
With your pre-orders, we are guaranteeing you the first priority on our catch of the day. In the event of weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, our spot prawn supply may be impacted and your order may be rescheduled.
When is my spot prawn delivery coming?
You get our fresh catch of the day so your live spot prawn delivery order is subject to prawn availability. Our delivery window is 11am-2pm and our driver will try to contact you 30-60 minutes prior to their arrival. You must be home to receive your delivery, or you must authorize the driver to leave your order outside at your own risk. Missed orders are forfeited without a refund.
What happens if I miss my pre-order?
Any missed/late pickups will be forfeited without a refund. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Choose your quantity and delivery/pickup date carefully. Pre-order reservations must be picked up on the day and time you selected.
Can you separate my live spot prawns into bags?
No, we cannot separate your prawns into smaller bags. Thank you for your understanding.
What if I ordered other seafood products (that are not spot prawns)?
Other seafood products are also available for home delivery and pickup on select dates so make sure to choose a date where both live spot prawns and other seafood products are available for delivery/pickup. Frozen seafood pickup will NOT be at 5000 Elliott Street. Our self-serve pickup location during spot prawn season is very close by and pre-order/preparation is required.
Do you ship to Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, or other major cities in Canada?
We are not shipping live spot prawns outside of Greater Vancouver at this point. Please contact us to express interest.

Where do you deliver to?
You may enter your postal code when you check out to check if you are within our delivery area, which is a 25 km radius from Ladner Wharf.

We also ship to Alberta, Toronto and Saskatoon.
When do you deliver?
Delivery dates are subject to change but you can check our calendar upon check out to see availability. Deliveries in Greater Vancouver are made anytime between 9am - 3pm depending on traffic. In rare and unique cases, we may have to do evening deliveries if we are getting inventory late that day.
For out-of-province shipping, on your scheduled delivery date our courier will call you 30-60 minutes prior to their arrival.
When will I get my delivery?
You may choose your "preferred" delivery date with the calendar upon check out however it is not one hundred percent guaranteed. We will contact you if we cannot deliver on that day, and will arrange for another day that will work best for you.
We will contact you the night before or morning of, to confirm your delivery time. If you are not home when we deliver, we will not attempt to do a second delivery. You must come to Ladner to pick up your order.
Is my delivery date guaranteed?
The date you originally choose is your "preferred" date and we will do our best however, we group deliveries to locations, so we may contact you if we need to reschedule your delivery to another day.
When can't I choose a delivery date?
Please contact us for assistance but there are a few reasons you may not be able to choose a delivery date.
- You may be out of our delivery radius.
- You may have items in your cart that is not available for delivery that day. Please make sure you read product descriptions carefully. For example, we only sell Live Dungeness Crab on Saturdays.
- The slot is greyed out because we are out of delivery slots on that day.
- We do not delivery on Sundays.
PLACING AN ORDER:
Am I guaranteed my order?
Due to the nature of the seafood industry, your order may be delayed so please plan for it just in case. Products are subject to availability and in any case we cannot fulfill your order, you will be contacted by one of our representatives. However it is rare, and we try our hardest to get your order to you!
Help! I'm having troubles placing my order!

What happens after I place my order?
You will receive email confirmation and may also receive notifications with updates regarding your order. Please make sure you add our email to your safe senders list. If you did not receive a confirmation after placing an order, check your spam folder.
My coupon code isn't working!
You may have an invalid item in your cart. In general, most of our coupon codes do not work with bundles and specific sale items because they have already been discounted. The Welcome discount codes require a minimum purchase of $50.
I want to buy something but it is out of stock. When do I know when you restock?
To see our updates when we restock our great deals on wild-caught, local, and sustainable seafood, please make sure you prioritize our page on your Facebook news feed. We make announcements on both Instagram and Facebook. 🐟
1. On the Facebook homepage, click the drop-down arrow on the top right and select "News Feed Preferences".
2. Select "Prioritize who to see first".
3. Choose "Pages only" in the view options. You can then select our page from there.
Now, you will be able to see our restock and other important announcements, and get first dibs to reserve some of our most popular items, such as our Wild Sablefish! Yum!

REFUNDS:
Can I get a refund or cancel my order?
We do not issue refunds. All sales are final. In the event that there is something wrong with your order or delivery, we will do our best to make it right!
