Whole Lemon Sole (Wild, Frozen)
The lemon sole is a right-eyed flatfish with a small head and mouth and reddish-brown coloured skin. Lemon sole has a sweet, delicate flavour. The namesake refers to its lemon-shape body, and not its taste. Lemon sole is actually not a sole, but a flounder. You can pan-sear, bake or broil the fillets, or stuff it with a combination of herbs, breadcrumbs, crab meat and nuts.
Our whole lemon soles are sustainably caught along the Strait of Georgia. Rich in protein, vitamin B, phosphorous and iodine, lemon sole is an excellent source of protein and low in fat and saturated fat. It is also packed with B12 and B3.

It showed up unpackaged loose in a plastic shopping bag. It tasted fishy and chemically. Something was definitely off
I've filleted many salmon and a few tuna over the years but these guys require the right sharp knife and a skilled hand to fillet properly. I got the 10 lb box, did the last few tonight, and still can't quite get the hang of it.
Awesome flour/egg/breaded and pan fried with fresh lemon and salt added at table.
