As an English teacher abroad, I lived for a year in a small, remote fishing village on the northern-most coast of Japan’s northern-most island. I love fresh fish and ate it there to my heart’s content. Now back in land-locked Alberta, I actively seek it out. I love B.C. Live Spot Prawns because they’ll ship the best right to my door. It’s fabulous! Frozen, but obviously frozen when it was still fresh. And so sweet! I especially love the steaks, because although they’re a bit trickier to eat, I find fish on the bone sweeter than filets. Highly recommended!
