Love sockeye

Not what I expected :(

I ordered sashimi grade fish (tuna loin and salmon) for poke bowls. The salmon is great, but all the tuna loins have tons of bones necessitating more prep than I was expecting.

Added to that, the salmon candy that I ordered was unavailable according to the phone call I received just prior to the order being shipped, and when I expressed by disappointment, the caller said "Well, we are not Superstore, what do you want instead? If it's out, it's out.". Of course, it's not Superstore, and that is why we pay a higher price, and support local fisheries.

So, the rudeness was surprising, but the lower quality was as well.
