Eric Wong The 15-pound halibut was really fresh and good. The bones also made excellent fish stock! Will definitely order again in the future.

Ken Fyvie Purchased several small pieces of flash frozen halibut. Lightly breaded the fillet pieces and pan fried them in a little oil and butter with some garlic and lemon. Excellent!
