Raw Pacific cod has a creamy white appearance, while cooked cod is white, lean, and flaky. It's versatile for dishes like fish and chips or fish tacos, and can also be simply prepared by pan-frying or baking with garlic, herbs, and butter. Please note that lingcod is a different species from Pacific cod.
The wild-caught Pacific cod fillets are sustainably sourced from the west coast of Vancouver Island. All our cod products are low in fat.
