The 15-pound halibut was really fresh and good. The bones also made excellent fish stock! Will definitely order again in the future.
Purchased several small pieces of flash frozen halibut. Lightly breaded the fillet pieces and pan fried them in a little oil and butter with some garlic and lemon. Excellent!
We love halibut. Size of pieces is just right for a good feed for two.
