When you order, you're ordering for the total lbs of spring salmon fillets. We will weigh the fillets when you pick up to be as close to your order as possible. Because each fillet weighs differently, you may have to pay the difference when you pick up your order at $22.00/lb per any additional weight. We accept cash, Interact, Visa and MasterCard at pickup. You will find the pickup location in your order confirmation email.

Spring salmon is the largest of the pacific salmon species. Spring Salmon is also known as King Salmon and Chinook Salmon. Wild spring salmon has a velvety texture with lots of large, soft flakes once cooked. Because of its slightly higher fat content than other fish, it has a luxurious, rich taste.

I love fresh Spring salmon. To be able to get it straight off the boat is a big plus.The whole family is super friendly, Janet gave me 4 fillets(vacuum packed) and she even fill the carry bag with ice cubes to keep them cold. We poached 2 fillets this evening and saved the other 2 pcs for a couple of days later. So delicious!
I love the Spring salmon.Darin even taught me how to steam it with green onion and ginger. What a feast we had that evening, thank you:-)
