Fresh, affordable, wild-caught Silverbright Chum Salmon from Prince Rupert — cleaned, dressed, and chilled to maintain peak freshness. These Summer-run Chum are silver-bright with red flesh, quite different from the darker Fall-run Chum in the Fraser River.
Chum Salmon is milder in flavour and lower in fat than Sockeye or Spring, but still offers a healthy dose of omega-3s and lean protein. A fantastic choice for canning, smoking, baking, grilling whole, or making fish cakes or jerky.
