Our Wild Chum salmon is a nutrient-rich salmon species caught in the Lower Fraser River in British Columbia. Chum salmon has a milder flavour than other species of salmon, and lower fat content while still containing high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids and healthy source of lean protein. Wild chum salmon are great for smoking, BBQ, baking, fish cakes and turning into jerky.
