Good and tasty cold smoked salmon. Way better than the store-bought ones.
I was disappointed that the fish I picked up was half defrosted however I am happy with the quality of the fish. Also the spot prawns I ordered were in an unsealed cardboard box with no plastic on it whatsoever.
Best smoked salmon ever tried hands down.
