Uni (Sea Urchin) is a delicacy in many parts of the world. It has a briny flavour, creamy, and slightly sweet with a strong ocean smell. Uni is best served raw but can also be cooked gently in dishes. Uni is in fact the roe-producing organs of the spiny sea urchin. If you have never tried Uni, you definitely NEED to try it! Our Uni is fresh, direct from your local fishermen in Vancouver, BC.

Darin, the Uni is Oishī, very delicious. Remind me of my last trip to Tokyo. Thanks again
Frozen, not fresh. Good delivery but disappointing product
I've pickup the fresh uni a few times and they were fresh and delicious. I used it as topping for sushi rice.
Awesome uni. Frozen but once thawed tastes fresh. Will order again
I had a small piece raw and it was fine but decided to roll them in potato flour and deep fry instead. Rich and tasty! A nice treat.
