LIVE SPOT PRAWN HOME DELIVERY
This is a special handling delivery service that includes an oxygenated + saltwater bag to keep your spot prawns alive for up to 24 hours. There is a 5 lb minimum for this service and sold in 5 lb and 10 lb increments. Home deliveries across Greater Vancouver occur on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 11am-2pm. You must be home to receive your order and a driver will contact you to confirm they are on route. If you have ordered frozen seafood for the same delivery date as your home delivery live spot prawns, they will be delivered together.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Choose your quantity and delivery date carefully. You must be home to receive your delivery, or you must authorize the driver to leave your order outside at your own risk. Missed orders will be forfeited without a refund.

1. Oxygenated + Saltwater Bag YVR Home Delivery: Too busy to pick up your spot prawns? We’ve got you covered! Our convenient home delivery service is the best way to receive LIVE spot prawns right at your door. Our special oxygenated saltwater bag can keep your prawns alive for up to 24 hours! Home Delivery Spot Prawn Pre-Sales available for Greater Vancouver Area.
2. Ladner Wharf Pickup Pre-Order Reservation: Make a prepaid reservation and come an hour before we are open to the public at Ladner Wharf. We will have a limited amount reserved for pre-order reservations on select days. Pre-order pickup is between 9-11am. Do not select this option if you cannot make it during that time window. Any pre-orders that are not picked up will be forfeited without a refund. You will not be able to add on extra prawns at pickup through the pre-order line. If your desired pickup day is not available, you are welcome to come early for walk-up sales.
3. Ladner Wharf Walk-up Sales: First come, first served at Ladner Wharf (5000 Elliott Street, Delta) daily from 10am until sold out. Our hours may change depending on boat arrivals and prawn availability.

Terms & Conditions
- All Sales Final: Orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Choose your quantity and delivery/pickup date carefully. Pre-order reservations must be picked up on the day and time you selected. Any missed/late pickups will be forfeited without a refund. Home Delivery: You must be home to receive your delivery, or you must authorize the driver to leave your order outside at your own risk. Missed orders are forfeited without a refund.
- Pre-Order Priority: Pre-order reservations and home delivery reservations guarantee you the first priority on our catch of the day! In the event of weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, our spot prawn supply may be impacted and your order may be rescheduled.
- Home Delivery Days & Hours: Home deliveries across Greater Vancouver occur on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 11am - 2pm. This option is only available for 5lb and 10lb orders that select the special handling service. Our driver will notify you 30-60 minutes before arrival. You must be home to receive your delivery, or you must authorize the driver to leave your order outside at your own risk. We do not recommend leaving your order out for more than 1 hour. You must refrigerate your spot prawns as soon as possible.

· Live spot prawns are subject to availability. If we don’t catch, we can’t sell!
· We do not grade our spot prawns and the spot prawns are fishermen direct. That means customers can expect to find large and XL spot prawns in their order, direct from the daily catch.
· If pre-orders are sold out, choose another day, or check back later. Visit us at Ladner Wharf for cash sales at market price.
· For orders larger than 20 lbs, or custom pickup, or out-of-town requests, please contact us.
· Market prices may be higher this year due to inflation and increased costs.
· *Discount codes do not apply to live spot prawns.
Live spot prawns are a delicacy and available during harvest starting on May 15, 2024. The season lasts a mere 5-6 weeks. Our live, fresh, wild-caught, and sustainable spot prawns are harvested along Vancouver Island. Starting May 17, you can come for walk-up sales at Ladner Wharf (5000 Elliott Street, Delta) or pre-order for Greater Vancouver home delivery.
Tasty and versatile. Best of the season! Spot prawns are almost a cross between a lobster and a shrimp, known to have a sweet, rich buttery flavour, so they are not only delicious but sustainable as well. Live spot prawns can be prepared in so many different ways from grilled on your barbecue, raw sashimi style, steamed, baked, broiled, shell on or shell off. It's all up to you!

Storage: We recommend taking the heads off (if you aren't going to eat them right away) and storing your live spot prawns in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge, and serve as soon as possible. You may freeze your spot prawns in plastic containers with water, however it is best to eat the spot prawns within two days of thawing. They will last in your freezer for up to a year.
