What is Coho Salmon Caviar (Ikura)?
Salmon caviar, also known as red caviar, is a very popular delicacy and prized all around the world for it's flavour and texture. In Japan, it is known as Ikura and in Eastern Europe where it is called Ikra. Our Ikura are from wild salmon eggs. There are different types of Ikura (Salmon Caviar), we offer Coho Salmon Caviar and also Chum Salmon Caviar.
