Fresh & live products are all subject to availability. When you order, you're ordering per whole fish and paying a deposit of $135.00 for the first 10 lbs per fish. Because each fish weighs differently, you will have to pay the difference when you pick up your fish, at $13.5/lb. Each whole halibut is about 10-20lb so please order accordingly. We accept cash, Interac, Visa and MasterCard at pickup.

Our wild-caught Pacific Halibut is perfect for a light, lean, and hearty meal. Pacific Halibut is perfect for baking, broiling, frying, poaching, and BBQ'ing served with a hearty sauce, or a simple drizzle of lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Fresh Wild Whole Halibut

We got a fresh wild whole halibut. The fish was dressed (no scales, head or guts). Smelled fresh and was nice and large around 15 lbs. I took it home filleted it and had some that night and froze most of it for parties. It was fork tender and fresh as it had just come out of the ocean. Will buy again when they are in!!
