Pacific Halibut is perfect for baking, broiling, frying, poaching, and BBQ'ing served with a hearty sauce, or a simple drizzle of lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

GOOD FLAVOUR ,WELL PACKAGED, HOWEVER THE SIZE AND THICKNESS WAS NOT CONSISTENT THEREFORE SOME WER EITHER OVER OR UNDER COOKED.
I purchased the Halibut Cheeks and Sable fish and both were fresh and very tasty. Each bite had the sea catch freshness and was delectable . Money well spent! I will be looking at buying the whole halibut next.
I buy frozen halibut cheeks at Christmas every year for a convent of nuns who never each meat. This year they said they were the best they had ever had! I will certainly buy them from this source every year from now on.

Unfortunately the halibut cheeks were tough & stringy so won’t be buying those again. The sablefish were excellent and do recommend these.
