Halibut cheeks are the most tender part of the fish and are considered a delicacy by some. Our wild-caught Pacific Halibut is perfect for a light, lean, and hearty meal. Pacific Halibut is perfect for baking, broiling, frying, poaching, and BBQ'ing served with a hearty sauce, or a simple drizzle of lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Wild Halibut Cheeks (Frozen)
Unfortunately the halibut cheeks were tough & stringy so won’t be buying those again. The sablefish were excellent and do recommend these.
These little cheeks are delicious, bone free and very tender. Their texture is different from other parts of a fish. I like the variety. Fried in butter and garlic with a sprinkle of parsley is the way to serve them. Deluxe!
