Awsesome steaks
The quality and freshness is next level.
Always a fan favourite!
Havent had a chance to try the salmon, but am disappointed with the sable cod steaks. I would be ok with a single package of “tails”, in which there might be 2-3 tails, but combos of 1 steak and a tail makes this pricey fish difficult to use for a special meal, especially if you’re thawing just one pkg. Also, some steaks are cut unevenly (one edge, thin, and one edge thick) which makes it very difficult to cook properly and to its best.
Love my Sockeye salmon fillets. Thanks again
